Summit Village is a cooperative housing organization for those ages 55+. Most tasks required to maintain and run this facility are performed by the residents who reside in one of the 86 apartments at this location. Residents are required to be working members of at least one or more committees. This cooperative is run on Christian principles.
A single person may apply for a one bedroom suite only. Two bedroom suites are available for double occupancy. Each suite has a living space, bathroom and kitchen. Appliances included: refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer.
However, please note: due to the long list of single persons already preapproved, we are presently not taking more applications for one-bedroom units until January 1, 2026. Until then we will only receive applications for couples seeking a two-bedroom unit.
Summit Village is a non smoking property.
All requests for housing at Summit Village are to be submitted in writing, using our application form to request an in-person interview. The form may be submitted either by mail or online. After receiving the application form, our membership committee will contact the applicant(s) for an in-person interview.
