In-Suite
All suites are equipped with a washer and dryer, fridge, and stove. Microwaves and dishwashers can be added at the discretion and cost of the resident.
Building
At Summit Village residents can enjoy a lounge for social activities, with a TV, comfy seating areas, kitchenette, table tennis, pool table, and puzzle/craft corner. Residents can also rent the lounge to host personal events.
There is also a library on the main floor that offers residents an up-to-date selection of books and magazines and computers with public access to the Web.
The building is served by one main and one secondary elevator, which access all three floors and the underground parkade.
The secure, heated, underground parkade has an electric car charger station, a car wash, a well-equipped workshop, one storage locker per suite, and an exercise room with weights and treadmills.

We are located next to the MacKinnon Ravine, which is part of Edmonton’s nature trail system, giving residents access to hiking and biking trails through Edmonton’s beautiful river valley.
Adjacent to Summit Village are the Jasper Place Shopping Centre and other retail plazas offering two large chain grocery stores, several pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops, and a gas station.
There is an Edmonton Transit Service on-demand stop on site, and regular bus stops on both 149 Street and on Stony Plain Road. The future Valley Line Light Rapid Transit system will have a stop on the corner of 149 Street and Stony Plain Road, giving Summit residents easy access to downtown Edmonton, West Edmonton Mall, and other shopping and entertainment areas.
