Summit Village Housing Co-Operative Ltd. is an independent-living, cooperative housing community for 55+ couples and singles. As a community we believe cooperation, collaboration, commitment, and caring provide significant answers to the isolation and loneliness so many seniors experience.

“We have been residents of Summit Village for fifteen years and have never had a moment to regret it. During that time, we have formed more than a few friendships, and even our car likes it here, with the heated underground parking!
Summit Village is a caring community in which we are neighbors who cooperate together in accomplishing the many tasks that make the co-op function so well. Led by the Summit Village Board, residents serve our communal well-being by volunteering on one or more committees. For example, the work of the maintenance committee keeps rental costs modest, the gardening committee ensures prize-worthy grounds, and the social committee arranges a variety of popular activities such as the annual Christmas dinner.

Summit Village is a three-story complex over an underground parkade. The building consists of twenty-six one-bedroom suites and sixty-two two-bedroom suites. All suites are equipped with a washer and dryer, fridge, and stove.
